I have always been attracted to the sound of the voice of William S Burroughs.  But the quality of its low, slow drawl is enhanced by the content of his words.  In particular, Burroughs had a style of injecting venom into vulgarities that is rarely heard.  He used this venom to describe how he saw the world and to demonstrate how the world reacted to him.  Vulgar uses samples of words and phrases spoken by Burroughs throughout his life as material for transformation and meditation.
